About the company
Industrial quality control specialist: defect detection with artificial vision, machine learning and deep learning, plus turnkey camera and image-capture installations and automated reject systems for production lines. More than 1,500 companies equipped with its systems across Iberia and Latin America.
From its base in Sabadell, AIS Vision Systems designs, builds and commissions machine-vision quality control systems for manufacturers across pharma, automotive, food, logistics and electronics. Every project pairs proven Cognex, Omron and Datalogic hardware with machine-learning and deep-learning models tuned to the specific production line, and integrates the cameras, optics, lighting and reject mechanisms required to act on what the system sees — 100% inline inspection without slowing throughput.
AIS Vision Systems is part of AIS Group, a European industrial intelligence platform. It works in close collaboration with the other group companies to deliver end-to-end automation, machine vision and AI projects to manufacturers in more than 25 countries.
