AIS REV 360
360º label inspector
Inline label inspection at full production speed, with full 360º coverage of the container. Detects misalignment, wrinkles, missing prints and label-to-product mismatch — even on curved or reflective surfaces.
OPTICAIS
Advanced OCR reading
Industrial OCR engine for hard-to-read codes: low contrast, dot-peen, laser marking, variable backgrounds. Combines classical vision with deep-learning OCR for reliable batch, lot and serial reading.
AIS Hopper
360º cap control
Inline inspection of caps and closures: presence, alignment, height, colour, tamper-evidence and torque indication. Validated for food, beverage and pharma packaging lines.
AIS KARIKÓ
Heat-seal control
Validates the integrity of heat-sealed packaging — trays, blisters, sachets. Detects sealing defects, contamination on the seal track and incomplete sealing in real time.
